Automatic Height Adjustment An electronic controller automatically adjusts the powerhead's height to match the surface, ensuring optimal cleaning on both carpets and hard floors. A “sealing strip” behind the brush roller enhances hard floor cleaning by directing airflow and reducing debris kickback.
Brush Roller Boost Button The X7 Premium offers two modes of brush agitation. The default mode suits most flooring types, but pressing the Brush-mode Button engages a higher resistance setting for more aggressive and deeper brush action.
LED Head Lamp The X7 Premium and X8 models feature an LED headlight to illuminate the cleaning path.
Stationary Use Light When the vacuum is in its upright, handle-locked position, the powerhead adjusts upward to disengage the brush roller from the floor. If the brush continues to contact carpet fibers despite this adjustment, a red “check brush” warning light flashes, indicating potential for carpet marking from prolonged stationary use.
Brush Adjustment Indicator Lights Two green lights—one for “up” and one for “down”—illuminate to show when the powerhead is adjusting the brush height. Optimal cleaning is achieved when both lights are off.
Full Bag or Clog Light with Automatic Shut Off A red “bag full or clog” warning light turns on when a full bag, airflow clog, or excessively dirty microfilter is detected. The vacuum automatically shuts off after 30 seconds, with the warning light then flashing continuously. This prevents overheating and motor damage due to inadequate airflow.
Brush Obstruction Light with Automatic Shut Off If an obstruction jams the brush roller, the red “check brush” warning light flashes rapidly, the brush roller stops, and the vacuum shuts off. This feature protects against belt breakage and safeguards the motor and carpet.
Instant-use Wand and Suction Hose The vacuum includes an integrated wand and suction hose, reaching 8 feet in length with an optional 9-foot extension hose available for a total of 15 feet. This setup is ideal for cleaning stairs and tight spots. Various optional attachments can be used with the wand or hose.
Carrying Handle with Rotating Cord Hook The unique handle features a rotating cord hook for easy carrying and quick cord unwinding, accommodating a 40-foot cord.
Worn Brush Light and Easy Brush Roller Removal When the brush roller bristles become worn and less effective, a red “check brush” warning light remains on while the vacuum is in use.
Foot Pedal Stress Release The quick-release foot pedal reduces stress on the handle and bag housing when the vacuum is in the upright, locked position, enhancing durability.
