The R250 Purvac central vacuum unit is designed to perform for a home up to 3,500 square ft. The R250 by Purvac uses a premium Domel motor generating 500 air-watts (suction power) and 115" of water lift, allowing the R250 to provide maximum performance for any small to medium sized home.

PurVac R250 Central Vacuum
The R250 Purvac central vacuum gallon unit is designed to perform for a home up to 3,500 square ft. The R250 by Purvac uses a premium Domel motor generating 500 air-watts (suction power) and 115" of water lift, allowing the R250 to provide maximum performance for any small to medium-sized home. The Purvac DV series offers brilliant blue polypro housing offering durable ABS construction and its quiet composite tank casing cuts noise better than its competitor's metal canisters.
The Purvac R250 is designed with an extra-large 9-gallon dirt capacity allowing for less often dirt disposal. For ultimate filtration, the R250 central vacuum unit should be used with Purvac's premium quality anti-allergen bags. Although the R250 central vacuum can be used as a hybrid (bag or bag-less), using a disposable bag helps eliminate odors, allergens, dust mites and much other debris with quick and easy disposal. The Purvac R250 is also equipped with a washable SILVERCLEAR pre-motor filter; this treatment eliminates microbes and neutralizes odors for the optimal purification of your vacuum's exhaust. The Purvac R250 comes with a limited lifetime warranty providing years of worry-free, reliable and heavy-duty usage.

The bigger models in this series (38cm/15" diameter tank) can be equipped with a muffler and exhaust vent or an Activac III filter muffler with an activated carbon membrane and HEPA filtration system. The R250 Power Unit is economical and easy to install, even in existing homes.
